Vacancy Details

Age Limit

• Age limits are calculated as on 01/11/2026: Senior Relationship Manager — 24 to 35 years; Territory Head — 28 to 42 years; Investment Product Manager — 26 to 45 years; Group Head and Head Investment — 35 to 50 years.
• Age relaxation: SC / ST — 5 years; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) — 3 years; PwBD — 10 years (General / EWS), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC / ST); Ex-Servicemen — as per Government of India rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education (all posts): Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university / AICTE-approved institute. A 2-year full-time PG Degree / Diploma in Management, MBA (Finance / Marketing / Banking), CFP or CFA is preferred.
• Certifications: NISM V A, NISM V D, IRDA IC38, NISM XIII and NISM Series-XXI-A, as prescribed for each post.
• Experience (post-qualification, as on 01/11/2026): Senior Relationship Manager — minimum 3 years as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management / Investment Advisory / Portfolio Management; Territory Head — minimum 8 years; Investment Product Manager — minimum 5 years, including at least 3 years as Investment Counsellor; Head Investment — minimum 10 years, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role; Group Head — minimum 12 years, including at least 5 years as Team Lead for Relationship Managers.
• Experience of less than 6 months in any single organisation, clerical cadre experience and teaching / training roles are not counted.
• A candidate can apply for only one position under this advertisement.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting / Screening of applications on academic record, relevant experience, domain expertise and suitability. The bank may conduct an online written examination or psychometric assessment if required.
• Personal Interview (in person or by video conference) for shortlisted candidates.
• Minimum qualifying marks in interview: 60% for General / EWS candidates and 55% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD candidates.
• Final selection is based on the interview / combined selection score, followed by document verification.
