Cadre Distribution: The 118 positions for Senior Resident/Tutor will be filled under specific distribution criteria:
40% of positions are reserved for members of the Bihar State Health Service cadre.
40% of positions are for doctors who have completed their postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) under the residency scheme from medical colleges within the state of Bihar.
The remaining 20% of positions are open to doctors with a postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) from recognized institutions located outside Bihar.
