- Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB – 3 Year or 5 Year course) from any recognized university in India.

Selection Process- The selection process for the BPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) comprises three main stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Pre Exam): This is a qualifying objective-type test designed to shortlist candidates for the Mains Examination. It typically includes General Studies and Law papers.
- Main Examination (Mains Exam): This is a descriptive-type examination. Candidates who clear the Prelims are eligible for the Mains. The marks obtained in the Mains Exam are considered for the final merit list.
- Interview: Candidates who qualify in the Mains Examination will be called for an Interview. This stage assesses the candidate’s personality, communication skills, general awareness, and suitability for the post. The final selection is based on the combined marks of the Mains Examination and Interview.

- Step 2 : Look for the link “Download Admit Card for Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Prelims Exam 2026” under the ‘Latest Notifications’ or ‘Admit Card’ section.
- Step 3 : Click on the direct link. You will be redirected to the login page.
- Step 4 : Enter your credentials such as Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth as required.
