Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Age: 18 Years as on 01 January 2026.
Maximum Age: 40 Years (for Unreserved Category) as on 01 January 2026.
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories will be applicable as per Madhya Pradesh High Court (MPHC) recruitment regulations. The maximum age for candidates belonging to specific reserved categories may extend up to 45 years as per rules.
Eligibility for Assistant Grade III:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government.
Computer Proficiency: A valid CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) Score Card obtained from MAP-IT or any agency/institution recognized by the Government of M.P. is mandatory.
Computer Diploma: Possession of a 1-Year Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from an institution recognized by the Government of M.P. is required.
Selection Process
Preliminary Examination (Pre Exam): This will be the initial screening stage, typically an objective type written test designed to filter candidates for the subsequent stages. The preliminary exam assesses general knowledge, computer awareness, and basic aptitude.
Skill Test: Candidates who qualify the preliminary examination will proceed to the Skill Test. This stage is crucial for assessing practical skills relevant to the Assistant Grade III position. It usually includes a Typing Test (Hindi & English), which evaluates speed and accuracy, and may also involve computer proficiency tasks like data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet operations.
Merit List & Document Verification: A final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the Skill Test. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for Document Verification (DV). During DV, candidates must present all original educational, age, caste, and other relevant certificates for verification. Only those whose documents are successfully verified will be considered for final appointment.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or any other recognized Indian university.
Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT): A valid CPCT Score Card is mandatory. This certification must be obtained from MAP-IT (Madhya Pradesh Agency for Promotion of Information Technology) or any other agency/institution officially recognized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh for CPCT.
Computer Application Diploma: Applicants must hold a 1-Year Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from an institution recognized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. This ensures a foundational level of computer literacy and practical skills.
