Eligibility Criteria & Academic Requirements Domicile Requirement: The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan and possess a valid domicile certificate. Annual Family Income: The total annual family income from all sources must not exceed ₹2,50,000. Academic Qualification for Scooty/Scholarship: For girl students of all categories, including those from the Higher Education Department, who have successfully passed Class 12th. This ensures broad coverage for higher education. For girl students belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category, administered by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, who have passed Class 12th. This specifically aids disadvantaged communities.
