- Refundable Fee: A significant portion of the application fee is refundable to candidates who appear in the Stage I Exam. Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria (as on 01 January 2027)- Minimum Age : 18 Years

- Age Relaxation: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) provides age relaxation for candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen) as per extant Government of India rules and their specific regulations. - Vacancy Details & Post-wise Eligibility Criteria:
- Nursing Superintendent: Candidates must possess a GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) Diploma from a recognized institution or a B.Sc Nursing degree from a university recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
- Pharmacist (Entry Grade): Applicants should have a Degree (B.Pharm) or Diploma (D.Pharm) in Pharmacy from a recognized university or institution, and be registered with a State Pharmacy Council.
- Radiographer (X-Ray Technician): Candidates require a Diploma in Radiography / X-Ray Technician / Radiodiagnosis Technology from a recognized board or institution.
- Health & Malaria Inspector Grade-II: A B.Sc. degree with Chemistry as one of the main subjects, along with a 01-year Diploma in Health / Sanitary Inspector from a recognized institute, is mandatory.
- Lab Assistant Grade-II: Candidates must hold a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institution approved by the Central or State Government.
- Dialysis Technician: A B.Sc. degree from a recognized university combined with a Diploma in Hemodialysis from a recognized institution is required.
- ECG Technician: Applicants should possess a Degree or Diploma in ECG Laboratory Technology / Cardiology / Cardiology Technician / Cardiology Techniques from a recognized university or institute.

Selection Process- Stage I: Computer Based Test (CBT): The initial stage of the selection process will be a Computer Based Test. This online examination will assess candidates’ general aptitude and professional knowledge relevant to their chosen paramedical discipline. Performance in the CBT will determine shortlisting for subsequent stages.
- Stage II: Document Verification (DV): Candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for Document Verification. During this stage, all original educational certificates, experience certificates (if any), age proof, caste certificates (for reserved categories), domicile certificates, and other relevant documents will be meticulously checked against the information provided in the online application. Any discrepancy or false information can lead to immediate disqualification.
- Stage III: Medical Examination: Following successful document verification, candidates will undergo a medical examination as per the stringent medical standards prescribed by the Indian Railways. This examination ensures that selected candidates are physically fit to perform the duties associated with their respective posts.
- The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the CBT, subject to successful completion of Document Verification and Medical Examination.
