Selection Process

Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates will participate in a Group Discussion. This stage is designed to assess candidates’ communication skills, leadership potential, teamwork abilities, and their approach to problem-solving within a group setting.
Personal Interview (PI): Candidates who successfully clear the Group Discussion round will be called for a Personal Interview. This round evaluates a candidate’s personality, general awareness, confidence, subject knowledge, and overall suitability for the Junior Officer (Operations) role.
Final Merit List: A final merit list will be prepared based on the cumulative performance of candidates in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.
Document Verification: Provisionally selected candidates will undergo a thorough verification process of all submitted documents (educational certificates, experience letters, age proof, caste certificates etc.) to ensure authenticity.
Medical Examination: A medical fitness test will be conducted as per the bank’s established norms for recruitment to ensure candidates meet the required health standards for the position.
