How to Apply

Step 2: Click on the “One Time Registration (OTR)” link.
Step 3: Register by providing your basic details like name, father’s name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID. Verify your mobile number and email.
Step 4: Fill out the detailed application form with your personal information, educational qualifications (10th, 12th, graduation, etc.), and contact details.
Step 5: Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned in the official notification.
Step 6: Review all the entered information carefully before final submission. Make any necessary corrections.
Step 7: Submit the application form. Since there is no fee for OTR, you will receive a registration number/ID upon successful submission.
Step 8: Take a printout of the final submitted form for your records.
