Application Fee

• For सभी श्रमिकों के लिए : ₹0/-
• For CSC केंद्र से आवेदन : सामान्यतः निःशुल्क / न्यूनतम सेवा शुल्क

Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria

• न्यूनतम आयु: 16 वर्ष
• अधिकतम आयु: 59 वर्ष
• 60 वर्ष के बाद: Pension योजनाओं से लिंक संभव
• Age Calculation: आयु की गणना आवेदन की तिथि के अनुसार की जाएगी।
• भारतीय नागरिक हो
• आयु 16–59 वर्ष
• असंगठित क्षेत्र में कार्यरत हो
• EPFO / ESIC सदस्य न हो
• आधार से लिंक मोबाइल नंबर हो
• योग्य श्रमिक उदाहरण: निर्माण मजदूर, किसान / खेत मजदूर, घरेलू कामगार, रिक्शा / ऑटो चालक, रेहड़ी-पटरी विक्रेता, मछुआरे / सफाई कर्मचारी / दर्जी / बढ़ई आदि।

Selection Process

• ई-श्रम कार्ड में कोई परीक्षा या Selection नहीं होता।
• प्रक्रिया केवल:
• ऑनलाइन Registration
• आधार सत्यापन
• विवरण सत्यापन
• कार्ड जनरेशन
