How to Check IB ACIO Grade-II / Executive Final Result 2026

• Step 1 : Go to the Important Links section below and click on the direct link for “Download Final Result”.
• Step 2 : You will be redirected to the official result page or a PDF document.
• Step 3 : If it’s a login page, enter your Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth.
• Step 4 : Click on the ‘Submit’ or ‘Login’ button.
• Step 5 : Your Final Result/Merit List will be displayed on the screen.
• Step 6 : If the result is in PDF format, use the search (Ctrl+F) function to find your Roll Number/Registration Number.
• Step 7 : Check your name and final selection status carefully.
• Step 8 : Download and save the PDF or take a printout for future reference and document verification.

IB ACIO Grade-II / Executive Recruitment 2025 : Selection Process

• Tier-I Written Exam (100 Marks): This was an objective type examination consisting of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) covering General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Numerical/Analytical/Logical Ability & Reasoning, English Language, and General Studies. It was qualifying in nature.
• Tier-II Written Exam (50 Marks): This was a descriptive paper designed to test analytical skills and English language proficiency. It consisted of an Essay (30 marks) and English Comprehension & Precis Writing (20 marks).
• Interview (100 Marks): Candidates who qualified in Tier-II were called for an interview. This stage assessed the candidate’s personality, communication skills, general aptitude, and overall suitability for the intelligence service.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates from the interview stage undergo a thorough verification of all original documents including educational certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation Degree & Marksheets), age proof, valid photo ID, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, and other relevant documents as specified in the official notification.
• Medical Examination: Final selection is contingent upon the candidate successfully clearing a medical fitness test as per the prescribed standards of the Intelligence Bureau.

Document Verification Checklist

• Original and self-attested photocopies of all Educational Qualification Certificates (Class 10th, 12th, Graduation Degree/Marksheets).
• Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID).
• Date of Birth Certificate (if not mentioned on 10th Class Marksheet).
• Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates) in the format prescribed by the Government of India.
• Domicile Certificate (if applicable).
• Character Certificate from a gazetted officer or head of the institution last attended.
• Recent Passport-sized Photographs.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer (if applicable).
• Any other documents as specified in the original official notification.
