Selection Process

MPESB Nursing Officer / Sister Tutor : Mode Of Selection
Online Examination : Candidates will first appear for a competitive online examination. The exam typically includes questions related to Nursing subjects (Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Fundamentals of Nursing) and General Knowledge/Aptitude. Candidates are advised to prepare a comprehensive study plan focusing on these areas.
Document Verification (DV) : Those who qualify the online examination will be called for document verification. It is essential to carry all original documents, including educational mark sheets and certificates (10th, 12th, GNM/B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing), internship completion certificate, experience certificates (for Sister Tutor), caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate (for MP residents), Aadhar card, and the MP Nursing Council registration certificate. Medical Examination : Finally, candidates who clear DV will undergo a medical fitness test as per the standards set by MPESB. This ensures candidates are physically fit to perform the duties of a Nursing Officer or Sister Tutor.
