Candidates who qualified for the Phase-II examination can now download their admit cards. The Phase-II exam is scheduled for 12 April 2026. All eligible candidates are advised to download their admit cards using their Registration Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth well before the exam date by visiting the official NABARD website.

    • Educational Qualification:
    • Development Assistant (General): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks (only pass class required for SC / ST / PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institution. Additionally, candidates must have knowledge of word processing on a personal computer (PC).
    • Development Assistant (Hindi): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University, studied in English or Hindi medium, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects, securing minimum 50% aggregate marks (pass class for SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen candidates), OR a Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with the same minimum marks criteria. Candidates must also be able to translate from English to Hindi and Hindi to English and should have knowledge of word processing on a personal computer (PC).

  • Step 1 : Visit the official NABARD website or click on the “Download Mains Admit Card” link provided in the Important Links section below.
  • Step 2 : On the login page, enter your credentials: Registration Number / Roll Number and Password / Date of Birth.
  • Step 3 : Click on the “Login” or “Submit” button.
  • Step 4 : Your NABARD Development Assistant Mains Admit Card 2026 will be displayed on the screen.
  • Step 5 : Carefully review all details on the admit card.
  • Step 6 : Download the admit card as a PDF and take at least two printouts. It is mandatory to carry a printed copy to the examination hall.

Exam Pattern & Selection Process

  • The selection process for NABARD Development Assistant 2026 comprises three stages:
  • Phase-I (Preliminary Exam): This is an online objective type test for screening purposes. Candidates must qualify this phase to appear for the Mains Exam.
  • Phase-II (Mains Exam): This is also an online test, which consists of both objective and descriptive sections. Performance in the Mains Exam is crucial for final selection.
  • Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Candidates provisionally shortlisted based on their performance in the Mains examination will have to undergo a Language Proficiency Test (LPT) in the official / local language of the State concerned. This test is qualifying in nature.
  • The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the Mains Examination. Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for detailed syllabus and exam pattern for both preliminary and main examinations.

What to Carry to Exam

  • Printed Admit Card: A clear printout of your NABARD Development Assistant Mains Admit Card 2026.
  • Valid Photo ID Proof: Original and a photocopy of any one of the following: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the admit card.
