- Age Relaxation: RPSC provides age relaxation for various reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH/Women candidates) for the School Lecturer (Special) position as per government regulations. Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for precise details on age concessions.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria for RPSC School Lecturer (Special)- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Post Graduate degree or its equivalent qualification in one of the following subjects: English, Hindi, History, Political Science, Sociology, or Music.
- Special Education Qualification: In addition to the Post Graduate degree, applicants must hold either a B.Ed. (Special Education) or a B.Ed. degree combined with a 2-year Diploma in Special Education. This qualification must be recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Language and Cultural Knowledge: A mandatory requirement is a working knowledge of Hindi written in the Devanagari script, along with a comprehensive knowledge of Rajasthani culture. This ensures candidates are well-integrated into the local educational and social environment.
- RCI Registration: Possession of a valid CRR (Central Rehabilitation Register) registration with the RCI is compulsory. This registration must be acquired before the examination date, ensuring professional accreditation for special education services.
