Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria (As On 01 January 2027)

• Minimum Age : 22 Years
• Maximum Age : 45 Years
• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be provided as per Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) recruitment rules and government guidelines for reserved categories. Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for specific details on age relaxation.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess an MBBS Degree from a university or institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the National Medical Commission (NMC).

Selection Process

• The selection process for RUHS Medical Officer Recruitment 2026 will primarily involve the following stages:
• 1. Written Examination (OMR Based Mode):
  • Candidates will be required to appear for an offline written examination conducted in OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) based mode.
  • The exam will assess candidates’ knowledge in medical subjects and potentially general knowledge or current affairs related to Rajasthan.
  • Detailed syllabus, exam pattern, marking scheme (including negative marking, if any), and duration will be provided in the official notification.

• 2. Document Verification (DV):
  • Candidates who qualify the written examination will be called for document verification.

  • Required Documents typically include: MBBS Degree & Marksheets, Internship Completion Certificate, Medical Registration Certificate (RMC/MCI/NMC), Age Proof (10th Class Certificate), Caste Certificate (if applicable), Domicile Certificate of Rajasthan (if claiming reservation), Photo ID Proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID), Recent Passport-size Photographs, and other relevant certificates as per the official notification.

1. 3. Medical Examination:
