Selection Process
Stage 1: Shortlisting of Applications: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their educational qualifications, experience, and other criteria mentioned in the official notification. This stage evaluates applicants’ suitability for the roles before proceeding to interview. UPSC may conduct a Written Test if the number of applications is exceptionally high, as per its discretion.
Stage 2: Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview. The interview aims to assess the candidate’s subject knowledge, teaching aptitude, administrative capabilities, communication skills, leadership qualities, and overall personality relevant to the Principal or Vice Principal positions.
Stage 3: Document Verification (DV): Candidates who qualify the interview will undergo document verification. Any discrepancy can lead to disqualification.
