Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria (As On 01 January 2026)

• Minimum Age : 18 Years
• Maximum Age : 32 Years
• Age Relaxation : Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PH) will be applicable as per the rules and regulations of the Delhi High Court and Government of India. Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for detailed information on age relaxation.
• Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream from a University/College recognized by the UGC.
• Typing Speed : Candidates must have a minimum English typing speed of not less than 35 words per minute (WPM) on a computer. This speed will be tested during the Skill Test stage of the selection process.

• Step 4 : The postponement notification will open in PDF format on your screen.
• Step 5 : Carefully review the notice for details regarding the postponement, reasons (if any), and instructions for further updates.
• Step 6 : It is advisable to download the PDF file and take a printout for your records and future reference.

Mode Of Selection

• Preliminary Exam (Stage-I): This is typically a Computer Based Test (CBT) designed as a screening test to shortlist candidates for the subsequent stages. It assesses general knowledge, English language, reasoning ability, and quantitative aptitude.
• Main Exam (Stage-II): This stage usually consists of a descriptive test (e.g., Essay, Precis Writing, Grammar) to evaluate candidates’ written communication and comprehension skills. This is the exam that has been postponed.
• Typing Test (Skill Test): Candidates who qualify the main exam proceed to a typing test, where their typing speed and accuracy on a computer are evaluated against the required speed of 35 WPM.
• Interview (Viva-Voce): Shortlisted candidates from the typing test undergo an interview to assess their personality, general awareness, communication skills, and suitability for the post.
• Document Verification: The final stage involves verifying all original documents related to educational qualifications, age, caste, and other relevant certificates submitted by the candidates during the application process.
