Age Relaxation : Age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories will be applicable as per Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) rules and government regulations. Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for detailed information on age relaxation.
Eligibility : Candidates must have passed Class 10th (High School) with at least 50% marks from a recognized board. Additionally, applicants must hold an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from an institution recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates for the RRC NCR Prayagraj Apprentice positions will be primarily Based On Merit List.
The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in their Class 10th examination and ITI examination. Typically, equal weightage (50% for 10th and 50% for ITI) is given to both qualifications.
Candidates shortlisted based on the merit list will be called for Document Verification (DV). It is crucial to have all original documents ready for this stage.
Following successful Document Verification, candidates will undergo a Medical Examination as per railway standards. This is a mandatory stage to ensure candidates are medically fit for the apprenticeship.
