SBI Assistant Manager Law, Deputy Manager Law Recruitment 2026 : Mode Of Selection

The selection process for SBI Assistant Manager (Law) and Deputy Manager (Law) positions typically involves the following stages:

  • 1. Shortlisting:
    • Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and other eligibility criteria as specified in the official notification.
    • The Bank reserves the right to call only a certain number of candidates for the interview based on their suitability and the number of applications received. Higher qualifications, relevant experience, and overall profile will play a crucial role in shortlisting.
    • 2. Interview:
      • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview round. The interview aims to assess candidates’ legal knowledge, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, general awareness, and suitability for the role within SBI.
      • Preparation Tip: Candidates should thoroughly revise their legal concepts, stay updated on current legal and banking affairs, and be prepared to discuss their experience in detail. Practice mock interviews to enhance confidence and communication.
      1. 3. Document Verification (DV):

      2. 4. Medical Examination:
        • After successful document verification, candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination as per the Bank’s standards. This is to ensure that candidates are physically fit for the demanding roles.

The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the Interview and suitability during the verification stages. Details regarding the weightage of marks in the interview will be provided in the official notification.
