Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria (As On 01 July 2026)
For Assistant Professor:
Minimum Age : 26 Years
Maximum Age : 40 Years
Eligibility: Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant medical specialty from a recognized university. Specific teaching/research experience requirements will be detailed in the official notification.
For Professor:
Minimum Age : 35 Years
Maximum Age : 55 Years
Eligibility: Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant medical specialty from a recognized university. Significantly higher levels of teaching, research, and administrative experience as specified in the official notification are mandatory.

Selection Process
Mains Exam: This is typically a written examination designed to assess the candidate’s in-depth subject knowledge, analytical abilities, and general awareness relevant to the post.
