Selection Process
Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT): Candidates will undergo a written examination which will be a Computer Based Test. This test will assess the candidate’s knowledge in relevant subjects. Details regarding the exam pattern, syllabus, duration, and marking scheme will be provided in the official notification.
Stage 2: Document Verification (DV): Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the CBT will be called for Document Verification. It is crucial to present all original documents and their self-attested photocopies for verification. Any discrepancy may lead to disqualification.
Stage 3: Medical Examination: After successful document verification, candidates will undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the prescribed health and fitness standards required for the Staff Nurse post at GIMS Noida.

For Degree Holder: Candidates must possess a B.Sc Nursing (4-Year) or B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) (2-Year) degree from a University/Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or State Nursing Council. Additionally, candidates must be Registered as a Nurse & Midwife with the State/Indian Nursing Council.
For Diploma Holder: Candidates must hold a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from a Board/Council recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). Along with the GNM Diploma, candidates must be Registered as Nurse & Midwife with the State/Indian Nursing Council and possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital with at least 50 beds, acquired after completing the diploma.

For General, OBC, EWS candidates, the fee is ₹1298/-. For SC, ST candidates, it is ₹944/-. PH candidates are exempted from the fee (₹00/-).
The minimum age required is 21 Years, and the maximum age is 40 Years, as on 01 July 2026. Age relaxation will be applicable as per GIMS Noida rules.
