How to Download Admit Card

  • Step 1 : Visit the official Indian Navy recruitment portal by clicking the direct link provided below under the Important Links section.
  • Step 2 : On the homepage, locate and click on the section related to “Admit Card / Hall Ticket” or “Latest Notifications” for INCET 01/2025 Re-Exam.
  • Step 3 : You will be redirected to a candidate login page. Enter your login details carefully, which typically include your Registration Number / Application Number and Date of Birth.
  • Step 4 : After entering the details, click on the “Submit” or “Login” button to view your admit card on the screen.
  • Step 5 : Verify all the information mentioned on your admit card, such as your name, roll number, photograph, signature, exam date, exam time, and exam centre address.
  • Step 6 : Download and save the admit card as a PDF file to your device. It is highly recommended to take at least 2-3 clear printouts of the admit card. Keep these printouts safe for the examination day and future reference.

Exam Pattern

  • As per the official notification, the Indian Navy Civilian Entrance Test (INCET) 01/2025 generally consists of a Computer Based Test (CBT) comprising multiple-choice questions.   • Staff Nurse (01 Post): Candidates who have passed their Class 10th / High School Examination from any recognized Board in India. Must have a Certificate of training in an approved Hospital as a Nurse, and be registered as a fully trained nurse in Medical and Surgical Nursing and Midwifery. Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi or local language.
  • Chargeman (Naval Aviation) (01 Post): Candidate should have held the rank of Petty Officer or equivalent with seven years’ service/experience in the appropriate technical branch of the Army/Navy or Air Force. OR Diploma in Aeronautical or Electrical or Mechanical or Tele-Communication or Automobile Engineering. OR Matriculates with approved apprenticeship and 5 years’ experience in the trade.
  • Chargeman (Ammunition Workshop) (09 Posts): Bachelor of Science degree with Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics from a recognized University or Institution. OR A Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University or Board.

OR 07 years’ practical experience as a retoucher in Military Survey, Survey of India or other Photo-Litho establishment of repute (for ex-Servicemen only).
  • Pharmacist (06 Posts): Candidates who have passed their Class 12th / Intermediate Examination with Science. Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute, and registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacist Act, 1948. Two years experience as Pharmacist in any recognized hospital or pharmacy after duly registered. The candidate shall have working knowledge of computer.
  • Cameraman (01 Post): Candidates who have passed their Class 10th / High School Examination. Diploma or certificate in Printing Technology awarded after at least two years course or training from a recognized Institute. 5 years’ experience of operating process cameras. OR 10 years experience as a Cameraman or photographer in Military Survey, Survey of India or other photo-litho establishment of repute (for ex-Servicemen only).
  • Store Superintendent (Armament) (08 Posts): Degree in Science with Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics from a recognized University with basic computer knowledge on database management with one year experience in stores work in Government Department or Public Sector Undertaking or in a reputed firm. OR 10+2 in Science or Commerce with five years experience in stores’ work in a Government Department or Public Sector Undertaking or in a reputed workshop.
  • Fire Engine Driver (18 Posts): Candidates who have passed their Class 12th Examination + Heavy Motor Vehicle License. Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties as per specified physical standards and endurance tests.
  • Fireman (103 Posts): Candidates who have passed their Class 12th Examination. Elementary or basic or auxiliary Fire Fighting course from a recognized institute. Possession of heavy motor vehicle license. Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties as per specified physical standards and endurance tests.
  • Storekeeper/ Storekeeper (Armament) (176 Posts): Candidates who have passed their Class 12th / Intermediate Examination with one-year experience in inventory related stores work in government department or Public undertaking or in a reputed firm.
  • Civilian Motor Driver Ordinary Grade (117 Posts): Candidates who have passed their Class 10th / High School Examination. Must possess a driving license for Heavy Vehicles and Motor Cycles, and one year practical experience in Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMVs) driving.
  • Tradesman Mate (469 Posts): Candidates who have passed their Class 10th / High School Examination + ITI in Related Field.
  • Pest Control Worker (75 Posts): Candidates who have passed their Class 10th / High School Examination. Must have knowledge of Hindi or regional language.
  • Bhandari (01 Post): Candidates who have passed their Class 10th / High School Examination. Knowledge of swimming and one year experience as Cook.
  • Lady Health Visitor (01 Post): Should be of Matriculation Standard and should have some special training after her basic Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery course unless she has done a course which has been specifically strengthened with regard to family planning and the total family planning health outlook.

Indian Navy Civilian INCET 01/2025 : Mode Of Selection
  • Written Examination: Candidates will first appear for a Computer Based Test (CBT), which assesses their knowledge in various subjects relevant to the post. This is the primary stage of selection.
