The exam will be a screening test, and marks obtained in this stage may be used for shortlisting candidates for the next stage.
  • Stage 2: Skill Test: Candidates who qualify the written exam will proceed to a skill test.
    • For Assistant/UDC: This may involve a Computer Literacy Test (e.g., proficiency in MS Office, data entry, typing skills).
    • For Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer: This will involve an English Stenography Test, requiring a speed of 60 words per minute. A computer proficiency test might also be included.

The skill test will be qualifying in nature, meaning candidates must achieve a minimum standard to be considered for further selection.

    • Stage 3: Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates from the skill test will be called for document verification. Candidates must present all original educational certificates, experience certificates, age proof, caste certificates (if applicable), and other relevant documents as specified in the official notification.
