How to Download Admit Card- Step 1 : Visit the official website of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) at www.jpsc.gov.in.
- Step 2 : On the homepage, look for the “Admit Card / Download Section” or a direct link for “JET Admit Card 2026” and click on it.
- Step 3 : You will be redirected to the login portal. Enter your login details, which include your Registration Number / Application Number and Date of Birth / Password.
- Step 4 : After entering the required information, click on the “Login / Submit” button.
- Step 5 : Your JPSC JET Admit Card 2026 will appear on the screen. Carefully check all the details printed on it.
- Step 6 : Download the admit card and take at least 2-3 printouts. It is compulsory to carry a hard copy of the admit card to the examination center.

Exam Pattern- Exam Structure: The Jharkhand Eligibility Test (JET) typically comprises two papers: Paper-I and Paper-II.
- Paper-I: This paper is compulsory for all candidates and assesses general aptitude, teaching, and research ability. It generally consists of 50 questions, each carrying 2 marks, for a total of 100 marks. The duration is usually 1 hour.
- Paper-II: This paper is subject-specific. Candidates must choose a subject from the list provided in the official notification. It usually consists of 100 questions, each carrying 2 marks, for a total of 200 marks. The duration is generally 2 hours.
- Total Marks & Duration: The entire examination is usually for 300 marks (100 for Paper-I + 200 for Paper-II) with a total duration of 3 hours (1 hour for Paper-I + 2 hours for Paper-II).
- Negative Marking: As Per Official Notification (Candidates must refer to the detailed notification for any negative marking scheme).
- Medium of Exam: The examination will be conducted in English and Hindi (for Paper-I), while Paper-II will be in the respective subject’s language.

What to Carry to Exam- Printed Admit Card: Candidates must carry a clear printout of their JPSC JET Admit Card 2026. It is advisable to have 2-3 copies.
- Valid Photo Identity Proof: An original, valid photo ID card such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License. A photocopy might also be required.
- Passport Size Photographs: Two recent passport-size photographs (preferably the same as uploaded in the application form).
- Pen: A blue or black ballpoint pen, as specified in the admit card instructions.
- Transparent Water Bottle: (Optional) A transparent water bottle might be allowed.
- Face Mask & Hand Sanitizer: As per prevailing health guidelines, candidates should carry these items.
- Prohibited Items: Electronic devices, mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, study material, and any other unauthorized items are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
